How can you place an order?
You can place an order by emailing us or over the phone. We can be reached at: 0795 6661964. Please note we are often able to respond more quickly to inquiries submitted by email. Our page "Contact Us" has all our relevant contact information, as well as a form where you can submit inquiries directly.
How long does it take to receive an order?
Jewellery
All our jewellery are handcrafted in our homebased studio in Southampton, UK. The vast majority of our items are shipped within 2 business days within UK. In some instances shipping may take as long as 10-15 days if we are low in stock of particular gems. If this is the case, we will email you so you know when to expect your order.
Bridal Gowns & Glassware
If you wish to order some of our Bulgarian Bridal Gowns or Glassware, you need to place your order minimum 3 months in advance. We can garantee 100% that your order will arrive no later than 3 months after ordering. For these orders we require a 50 % deposit in advance. When we receive your deposit payment then we can place your order. Please note that the deposit is not refundable as we bring our goods from Bulgaria.
How do we ship orders?
Jewellery
We ship orders through the Royal Mail. All packages shipped require a signature upon delivery. This is to ensure safe delivery of your jewellery and to help us track a package if necessary. When making an enquiery about the item you wish to rder we will let you know its price and shipping cost. We accept payments in advance. When we receive your payment then we can place your order. Shipping charges depend on package weight and are paid by the client. All our jewellery come in gift boxes and shipped in bubble wrap packages for maximum protection.
Bridal Gowns & Glassware
We offer deliveries door to door within Southampton, Winchester and Portsmouth if requested in advance. Deliveries are by car and charges depend on mileage. For any other deliveries within or outside UK we ship items by a currier. All packages shipped require a signature upon delivery. This is to ensure safe delivery of your item and to help us track a package if necessary. When making an enquiery about the item you wish to order we will let you know the item price and its shipping cost We accept payments in advance. When we receive your payment then we can place your order. Shipping charges depend on package weight and are paid by the client. Gowns and Glassware are placed and wrapped in special boxes for maximum protection.

We accepts payments by cheques and credit cards.
What is our privacy policy?
We do not sell information to third parties for any purposes.
Returns
Jewellery
We hope you are always happy with our products. Jewellery may be returned within 3 days of receipt, in the original, unused condition and packaging. Please include a copy of your invoice when shipping back. We will process your return promptly, although it may take one to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement (if you pay by card). Your refund will be processed to the same credit card used to make your purchase.
If you pay by check, the refund will be issued to the same account.
Sorry shipping fees are not refundable. In addition, no refunds or exchanges are provided for Customised orders. Shipping charges are covered by customer only.
Bridal Gowns: We accept returns within 7 days of receiving if the gown is in non used condition.
Glassware: No returns accepted.
Repairs
Jewellery
We hope you’ll never need a repair. However, in the unlikely event you do, we will offer repairs of our jewellery only. Please note, as our merchandise changes depending on fashion trends & seasons, some gemstones may not be available. If that is the case we will do our best to find similar gems. We will contact you and let you know about the options of gems. Charges depend on type of repair. Please make sure you send your jewellery in a BOX for safe keeping during transit. Please also INSURE your package, as we cannot accept responsibility until your item is returned to our office. Please visit our Contact us page for further details.

Glassware: No repairs available.
Can I order a single earring to replace the one I've lost?
This one we hear occasionally and we certainly want to help if we can. If possible we will replace a single earring, for half the original price of the pair. Please email us at mihaela@divnamoma.com and we will follow-up with you. In some cases you may need to send us your one earring so that we can match the gemstone. Please note, as our merchandise changes often, we may not be able to find a stone that matches your earring and thus it is possible we may not be able to sell you a replacement. We do apologize in advance if this is the case. Please note that we replace items from our collections only. |
