The name of our company is Bulgarian and means beautiful unmarried lady. The company promotes collections of leading Bulgarian wedding salons. The entire production process is highly focused on achieving the perfect match between efficiency, creativity and excellence. The patterns of each design are handmade and only thereafter computer optimized. Handmade embroideries and appliques with pearls and Swarovski crystals give a distinct individuality to each gown. The fabric choice includes delicate Bulgarian pure silk, taffeta, chiffon, lace and tulle. The colour choice is endless. Fabric and colour swatches are available for viewing! Note: If you have your own design in mind we will be happy to discuss and develop it further till your full satisfaction. The companies we represent have been carefully selected by Mihaela Zhekova herself. PRIVATE APPOINTMENTS We offer an exclusive out of hour's appointment service .- 7 days a week, 6pm to 8.00pm.
........about our creative director Mihaela Zhekova Mihaela Zhekova is a Bulgarian fashion designer with International education and work experience. She studied Fashion & Textile at Asen Zlatarov University, Bulgaria; FIDM - Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising, San Francisco, USA; Southampton Solent University, UK. She did numerous fashion shows in Bulgaria, USA and UK including "La Belle Via", "Battle of the Fashion" and Graduation fashion shows. Mihaela developed several fashion collections and articles for the Bulgarian newspaper “Deva plus” and won the Fashion Journalist Award of 2006. After graduating FIDM, she worked for a jewellery company called DASHA where she discovered her love in handcrafting jewellery. Mihaela also worked for a year in one of the most famous Bridal boutiques in San Francisco called AZADEH. After graduating Southampton Solent University in UK, Mihaela won a sponsorship by SPEED programme (Student Placements for Enterpreneurs in Education) and founded Divna Moma Ltd. At the moment Mihaela runs jewellery making workshops for children at Wildern school, Hedge End, Southampton. For more details please visit our 'Event' page.
